day 1

Thanks for all your support!! So day 1 went really really well. I really felt full after all my meals. I'm still trying to decide if I will diary my meals. If I do, I run the risk of boring you all to death really quickly. But, on the plus side, if anyone sticks with me, they can hold me accountable to the diet. Also, if anyone has tips to help, I'm open to suggestions.


  1. Sarah- So so super proud of you. Tough road but will be so worth it! I believe in you! Check out the blog to see if I ever make anything that sounds good. I make all organic, healthy meals so maybe there will be something you like! Good luck!

Sarah, here is my tip....Keep a bag of veggies next to your bag of chocolate chips in the fridge (because everyone keeps an open bag of chocolate chips for snacking on...right, that's totally normal???). Sometimes having the healthy option right next to something that I like to munch on forces me to think about what I'm putting in my mouth. :) I think the idea of keeping a blog is super awesome. What a great way for people to keep each other accountable.
