I need accountabillity! This blog is going to be a tool in my new diet and lifestyle. As the mom of three girls I realize I need to be an example for them, I also would like to live long enough to see my grandchildren, should the world live that long. My desire for this blog is to find strength and encouragement in numbers, so pour on the encouragement!
